Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Portable and mobile radio frequency communication equipment,
such as mobile phones, cordless telephones and their base stations,
walkie-talkies, and wireless home network devices (routers), can
affect the Philips EnergyUp. They must therefore not be used in close
proximity to the EnergyUp. If this cannot be avoided, the EnergyUp
must be observed to verify normal operation. If abnormal
performance (e.g. loss of functionality, light inconsistency, flicker) is
observed, additional measures may be necessary, such as re-
orientation of the radio frequency communication equipment or the
EnergyUp (see section 'EMC information' in chapter 'Specifications' for
more details).
