PROBLEM - CAUSE - SOLUTION

PROBLEM
The machines does not turn on.
The machine does not brew
water.
The capsule is not ejected.
The machine makes too much
noise.
Single drops exit the brewing
unit, especially during the
heating phase.

CAUSE
Power cable not connected to socket.
One of the coffee buttons was not pressed for
1-2 sec.
The water tank is empty.
The water tank is not inserted correctly.
Incomplete closure of the moving part on the top
of the machine.
Capsule not inserted in the capsule
compartment.
The capsule is not completely perforated.
The pump did not operate.
The capsule is still positioned in its compartment.
The water tank is empty.
The water tank is not inserted correctly.
The capsule is not completely perforated.
The machine is equipped with a valve used to
maintain a constant pressure.
SOLUTION
Connect the plug to a power outlet that conforms to the technical specifica-
tions on the plate.
Press one of the two coffee buttons for 1-2 sec.
Fill the water tank.
Insert the water tank correctly.
Lift the lever and make sure to have inserted a capsule in the relative com-
partment. Lower the lever to the lock position. Retry and dispense a coffee.
Insert a capsule in the compartment.
Use a new capsule.
Make sure there are no capsules in the machine. Lower the opening lever
to the lock position. Press a button to dispense water. Try again to dispense
coffee with a new capsule.
Close the opening lever completely and reopen it slowly to guarantee that
the capsule is ejected into the container.
Fill the water tank.
Insert the tank correctly.
Use a new capsule.
