THIS CYLINDER IS TO BE USED WITH THE D
3% OXYGEN PRODUCED BY THE DeVILBISS iFILL PERSONAL OXYGEN STATION USING A PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION
PRoCeSS.
OXYGEN CYLINDERS FILLED BY THE DeVILBISS iFILL PERSONAL OXYGEN STATION SHALL BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

WARNING: HIGH PRESSURE OXIDIZING GAS VIGOROUSLY ACCELERATES COMBUSTION.
CAUTION: For medical applications. Use only as directed by a licensed practitioner. Uninterrupted use of high concentrations of oxygen over a long duration, without monitoring its effect on
oxygen content of arterial blood, may be harmful.

CYLINDER OR RELATED COMPONENTS. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Secure cylinder during storage and use. No smoking in cylinder area. Turn the regulator or conserver
off after each use and when empty. Use in accordance with the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station instruction guide. Cylinder temperature should not exceed 130°F (54°C). Keep away from
heat, flame and spark. Do not drop.
"Use No Oil or Grease". KEEP CYLINDER, ALL EQUIPMENT AND CONNECTIONS FREE OF OIL AND GREASE TO AVOID VIOLENT IGNITION.

Cylinders that have been refinished and/or exposed to elevated temperatures must be hydrostatically tested before filling. Do not use caustic paint stripper or corrosive cleaners. Aluminum
cylinders subject to the action of fire or heated to temperatures in excess of 350°F (177°C) must be withdrawn from service and condemned by trained personnel. Valve and safety relief devices
must be removed and replaced by trained and authorized personnel. Do not alter or modify this cylinder in any way.

Improper use, filling, storage, or disposal may cause personal injury, death, or property damage. Do not alter or modify this cylinder or valve in any way. Do not use caustic or corrosive cleaners.
Never fill this cylinder unless it has been hydrostatically tested. Only trained personnel should fill or service the cylinder. Only trained personnel should replace valves and pressure relief devices
and only with the complete assemblies containing the proper burst disc rating supplied by the valve manufacturer. Always secure cylinder in a cool dry area, out of reach of children. Do not
expose filled cylinder to temperatures above 130°F (54°C). Cylinders exposed to fire or heat in excess of 350°F (177°C) must be condemned. Cylinders refinished or subjected to elevated
temperatures must be hydrostatically tested prior to refilling. Do not remove, alter, or obscure this warning label. Proper cleaning of cylinder, valve, and components is required before filling with
oxidizing gasses such as oxygen and nitrous oxide.

selector to the "OFF" position.
