2. GROUPE EXTÉRIEUR
DE CONDENSATION (GC)
Il regroupe - dans un volume réduit et un faible
encombrement au sol - le compresseur frigorifi-
que, l'ensemble ventilo-condenseur et le boîtier
électrique.
Il comporte :
- une carrosserie traitée pour résister aux intem-
péries,
- un compartiment spécial insonorisé renfermant
le compresseur,
- deux possibilités d'installation : pose directe au
sol ou accrochage mural avec accessoire livré
séparément,
- une ventilation du type hélicoïde à flux axial ho-
rizontal,
- grille de protection soufflage,
- grille de protection à l'aspiration sur modèles froid
seul.
3. LIAISONS FRIGORIFIQUES
Les deux groupes, intérieur et extérieur, sont mu-
nis de raccord flare permettant ainsi l'utilisation de
liaisons frigorifiques flare (tube cuivre de qualité
frigorifique muni aux deux extrémités d'écrou).
4. DESCRIPTION
4.1 Habillage
- Panneaux et tôle isolée pour le caisson intérieur
sont traités anti-corrosion avec peinture poudre
ou laque cuite au four suivant modèles pour le
groupe extérieur.
- Trou pré-défoncé pour raccordement à une prise
d'air neuf sur le GTW.
4.2 Isolation
Isolation thermique et phonique de l'ensemble du
caisson intérieur de traitement (ST).
Insonorisation phonique de l'ensemble du com-
partiment compresseur du groupe de condensa-
tion extérieur.
4.3 Circuit frigorifique
- Groupe compresseur hermétique équipé de pro-
tections thermiques et électriques, raccordés à
un circuit frigorifique étanche entièrement brasé.
- Organe de détente indéréglable du type "capil-
laire".
- Filtre frigorifique incorporé au circuit réfrigérant.
- Système "TOUTES SAISONS" électronique (ac-
cessoire) contrôlant la haute pression du circuit
frigorifique pour fonctionnement en froid jusqu'à
–10°C extérieur par variation de la vitesse de ven-
tilation (modèles froid seul).
- Vanne d'inversion de cycle pour chauffage ther-
modynamique (RC).
- Clapet anti-retour et détente complémentaire
pour modèles réversibles (RC).
2. OUTDOOR CONDENSING
UNIT (GC)
It combines in a small volume requiring a small
space on the floor: the cooling compressor, the
ventilo-condenser and the electric casing box.
It includes :
- a casing especially treated to withstand bad
weather conditions,
- a special sound proof compartment containing
the compressor,
- two installation possibilities: on the floor or hung
on the wall with accessory, supplied separately,
- a ventilation of helicoid type with axial, horizontal
flow,
- protection grille at the air discharge,
- protection grille at the air intake on cooling only
models.
3. COOLING CONNECTIONS
The indoor and outdoor units are equipped with
flare couplings allowing to use flare cooling pipes
(copper pipes of cooling quality equipped at their
ends with a nut).
4. DESCRIPTION
4.1 Panelling
- Sheet metal panels of the indoor unit, protected
against corrosion with powder paint or oven-
baked coating depending on the model of the
outdoor unit.
- Prepunched hole for connection with a fresh air
intake on the GTW.
4.2 Insulation
Sound and heat insulation is used throughout the
indoor unit (ST).
Sound insulation of the compressor compartment
of the outdoor unit.
4.3 Cooling circuit
- Hermetic type compressor with thermal and
electrical protections, linked to a sealed and
entirely brazed cooling circuit.
- Capillary type, foolproof pressure reduction
device.
- Built-in refrigerant filter.
- Electronic "AROUND THE YEAR" system
(accessory) controlling the high pressure of the
cooling circuit for cooling operation down to
outdoor temperatures of -10°C by changing the
ventilation speed (standard model).
- Cycle reversing valve for heatpump heating (RC).
- Non return valve and additional capillary for
heatpump models (RC).
