Explanation
If type and polarity of batteries are okay
but a red LED is apparent:
Ask your Hearing Care Professional
to clean the contacts of the hearing
instruments and charger.
Ask your Hearing Care Professional
to check the functioning of the
rechargeable batteries and the char-
ger.
External temperature too high. The char-
ging process is interrupted to protect the
functionality of the rechargeable batteri-
es. charging continues when the external
temperature drops under 45°C (113°F).
Take the charger to a cooler place.
