SAFETY INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: Make sure you read all safety information before using this product. Follow
all directions for safety.
READ AND SAVE THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
When using electronic appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before operating the Air Wellness
2. Locate the unit in a place where it will not be knocked over or struck by persons, pets,
furniture or doors.
3. The unit must be placed in an upright position. An automatic safety device will prevent
operation if the Power5 is tipped or tilted.
4. Never place the unit in direct sunlight or near powerful lighting equipment.
5. Always turn the unit off and unplug it from the wall when not in use for a long period of time.
6. To unplug the Power5, first turn the power off. Grasp the plug and pull it from the wall
outlet. Never unplug the unit by pulling on the cord.
7. Do not operate the unit if it has a damaged cord or plug. Do not operate if the unit
malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any manner.
8. Keep the cord away from heat or hot surfaces.
9. Do not use this product outdoors.
10. Never operate this unit unless it is fully assembled. Do not operate without filters in place.
11. Do not attempt to wash and reuse the photocatalytic filter, nanocopper filter, carbon
filter or HEPA filter.
12. Do not disassemble internal components. No user-serviceable parts are inside the unit
(filter replacement excepted). Disassembly, repair or replacement of internal
components may be performed only by qualified technicians.
13. Do not place the power cord under carpet and do not cover it with throw rugs. Arrange
the cord so that it will not be tripped over. Do not place anything on the cord.
14. Disconnect the power supply before servicing and/or cleaning.
