NOTE
► Make sure that the jug (7) and
the jug lid (6) are seated properly,
otherwise the appliance cannot be
operated (safety switch).
Put the food to be rasped or cut into

the filling shaft of the jug lid (6).
Insert the plug into the mains socket
‹
and turn the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation.
Push the food downwards with the
‹
pusher (8) until the filling shaft is
empty (detail E).
CAUTION
► Observe the maximum operating
time of 2 minutes.
► Allow the appliance to cool down for
1 minute.
Refilling:
Switch off the appliance.

Take out the pusher (8) and fill the
‹
shaft of the jug lid (6) with more food.
NOTE
► Pay attention to the maximum filling
quantity in the jug (7).
► Before emptying the jug, remove the
cutting/rasping disc (11).

Recipe tip
White cabbage salad
Use the following ingredients:
■ 1 white cabbage (approx. 950 g)
■ 1 1/2 bell peppers
■ 1/2 onion
■ 125 g sugar
■ 125 g vinegar
■ 125 g oil
■ Salt
First remove the outer leaves and the stalk
from the white cabbage. Then chop the
leaves to be used by hand so that they fit
through the large filler opening.
NOTE
► Reversible disc to be inserted: fine
cutting disc
Now chop the leaves at the lowest speed.
Then remove the cabbage strips, place
into a separate large bowl and salt well.
Now chop the other ingredients after
changing the reversible grating/cutting
disc.
NOTE
► Reversible disc to be inserted:
coarse cutting disc
