How to avoid accidents and injuries.

malfunction during operation,
the device must be switched off
immediately. Injuries must be
properly treated or medical as-
sistance sought. Read the „Trouble
shooting" section to correct any mal-
functions or contact our Service Centre.

especially if there is a risk of
lightning. There is a risk of personal
injury from an electric shock.

Residual risks

Even if properly operating and handling this
electric tool, some residual risks will remain.
Due to its construction and build, this elec-
tric tool may present the following hazards:
a) Cuts
b) Ear damage if working without ear
protection.
c) Eye damage if suitable eye protection
is not worn.
d) Damage to your health caused by
swinging your hands and arms when
operating the appliance for longer pe-
riods of time or if the unit is not held or
maintained properly.

Operation

Keep to noise abatement regula-
tions and other by-laws.
Attaching/replacing
accessories
Switch off the device and
remove the rechargeable
battery before attaching or
replacing accessories in order
to avoid hazards and injury.
Attaching accessories
1. Place the grass cutting blade (12), the sh-
rub cutting blade (10) or the spray attach-
ment (13) onto the plug-in connector (16)
on the bottom side of the device head (1).
2. Press the accessory into the direction of
the device head (1).
It will lock into place audibly.
Removing accessories:
3. Press the release buttons (8) on the
device head (1) and remove the acces-
sories (10/12/13).
