Installation and connection must take place in compliance with the standards in force.
Before installing and putting the dishwasher into service, it is necessary to carefully read the instructions in
this manual and, in particular, the safety standards.
The dishwasher is intended for professional use. It should be used by trained personnel.
Before connecting the dishwasher to the electrical network, make sure that the general indications and the
data supplied by the manufacturer, appearing on the nameplate, have been carefully considered in the
various installation preparation phases.
In addition, verify that:
- All removable parts are correctly positioned.
- Check that the dishwasher is perfectly level; if necessary, adjust the dishwasher feet.
Hydraulic connection

Food
To connect the device, only use a gate valve that will cut off the power supply in case of need or repairs.
The minimum supply pressure, measured at the water connection of the device at the time of the final
rinsing (dynamic pressure) must not be less than 180 kPa (1.8 bars) and greater than 400 kPa (4 bars),
even in the presence of other open taps on the same line. In order to avoid pressure or load losses, it is in
any case recommended that each device has its own supply pipe, of reduced length and of sufficient
section. If the pressure is below the minimum required, an additional flushing pump will need to be
installed, available as an optional item. In the presence of static pressure greater than 600 kPa (6 bars), it
will be necessary to install a pressure reducer upstream of the supply pipe. Make sure that the temperature
of the supply water corresponds to the indications given in the technical documentation. To obtain a good
washing result, it is recommended that the feed water has a hardness between 7 and 12 ° F. If the water
hardness is above 12 ° F, we recommend installing a scaler. upstream of the supply solenoid valve
calibrated for a residual hardness of 5/7 ° F.
THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE IS CLOSELY LINKED TO COMPLIANCE WITH
INDICATED VALUES.
Open the water supply gate valve before putting the appliance into service.

Emptying
The drain hose must be connected to a drain or a siphon. Make sure that thedrainage pipes provided in the
room do not have any constrictions and allow rapid flow of water. The drain hose must withstand a
temperature of at least 70 ° C.
Since the draining of the tank occurs by gravity, the drain should be located at a lower level than the tail of
the tank. If the appliance is equipped with a drain pump, the drain can be located on the wall, but its height
cannot be greater than the value of 1.2 meters.
Electrical connection
AN EFFICIENT EARTHING INSTALLATION IS A GUARANTEE OF SAFETY
FOR THE OPERATOR AND FOR THE DEVICE.
THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES
CAUSED BY THE LACK OF EARTHING OF THE INSTALLATION.
It is absolutely forbidden to use adapters, multiple sockets and extension cords.
Check that the power supply is compatible with the indications on the device nameplate. The device must
be incorporated into an equipotential system verified in accordance with the regulations in force in this area.
Make the connection using the screw on the back of the device bearing the corresponding symbol
The connection to the power line must be made by means of a multi-pole differential magneto-thermal
switch having a contact opening distance equal to or greater than 3 mm.
Before connecting the appliance, check that the power cable is in good condition; if it is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance service or by qualified personnel.
Avoid pulling the power cable.
