Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™
The Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™ reflects our confidence,
which we want to pass on to you, our Customer, in the unsurpassed
quality of Maclaren design, engineering, production and compliance.
If you should choose not to register your purchase for the
complimentary upgrade, it will remain automatically covered by the
Maclaren Basic Warranty.
Simply register your Maclaren Product online, within 45 days of
purchase, or within 45 days of receipt as a gift, at maclarenbaby.
com/warranty. Upon registration, the Basic Warranty will be
automatically upgraded to the Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™.
The Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™ covers any manufacturing defects
in materials and workmanship, used in normal conditions and in
compliance with operating instructions. Lifetime is defined as the
period of use by the Registree for his/her children. The Sovereign
Lifetime Warranty™ does not cover hand-me-downs or secondary
purchase of the Rocker. If a Maclaren Product under Sovereign Lifetime
Warranty™ ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, the Product will
be repaired without charge, or replaced, at the discretion of Maclaren
Customer Service.

Limited Warranty
Your Maclaren product is guaranteed to be free from any
manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase
under normal use and provided it is used in compliance with the
operating instructions. Please visit maclarenbaby.com to register
your warranty, where, by completing a simple questionnaire you will
be offered a "limited lifetime warranty", absolutely free of charge.
The warranty extends to the original retail purchaser however if you
received this product as a gift you must ensure that the product is
registered with Maclaren, in your name and the name of the original
purchaser by visiting maclarenbaby.com.
Should a defect be found please return the product to the authorised
Maclaren retailer from whom the product was purchased or visit a
Maclaren Authorised Service Centre (please visit maclarenbaby.com
for a list of Worldwide Service Centres). Repair under the warranty will
only be carried out if accompanied by proof of purchase.
Maclaren will either repair, or at our option, replace free of charge any
parts necessary to correct any defects in material or workmanship
which occur during the warranty period. Please note that this limited
warranty will not be applicable if:
• A fault is the cause of misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to
the General Information and Safety section of this leaflet for the
maintenance requirements.
• Repairs are carried out by an unauthorised party.
• The product is faulty due to general wear and tear which is a result
of everyday use. Note – The high quality fabrics on your Maclaren
product have been selected to provide excellent service when
subject to normal use however this warranty does not cover damage
or discolouration due to prolonged exposure to either harsh weather
or to prolonged sunlight.
• A product is damaged as a result of an accident.
• Maclaren are not fully satisfied that the warranty terms and
conditions stated above have been met. The warranty expressly
disclaims liability for incidental, special and consequential damages
of any nature and any implied warranty arising by operation of law
shall be limited in operation to the term of this warranty unless
specifically covered by your national and/or local statutory rights.
NOTE - THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR
STATUTORY RIGHTS AND IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AN
AUTHORISED MACLAREN RETAILER.

la garantie supplémentaire gratuite, il demeure automatiquement
couvert par la garantie élémentaire Maclaren Basic Warranty.
Il vous suffit d'enregistrer votre produit Maclaren sur Internet,
moins de 45 jours après l'achat ou de la date à laquelle vous l'avez
reçu comme cadeau, sur maclarenbaby.com/warranty. Grâce
à cet enregistrement, la garantie élémentaire Basic Warranty sera
automatiquement élevée au niveau de la garantie supplémentaire
Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™.
La Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™ couvre tout défaut de
fabrication dans les matériaux et l'assemblage, dans des conditions
normales d'utilisation et dans le respect des instructions. La garantie
vaut à vie, à savoir durant la période d'utilisation du client enregistré
pour ses enfants. La Maclaren Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™ ne couvre
pas les produits donnés par la suite ou les achats d'occasion du Rocker.
Si un produit Maclaren couvert par la Sovereign Lifetime Warranty™
venait à présenter un défaut de fabrication, le produit serait réparé
sans coût supplémentaire, ou remplacé, à la discrétion du service
client Maclaren.

Garantie limitée
Votre produit Maclaren est garanti sans défaut de fabrication pour une
période d'un an après la date d'achat dans des conditions normales
d'utilisation et à condition qu'il ait été utilisé selon les instructions.

En y remplissant un simple questionnaire, il vous sera offert une
garantie à vie "limited lifetime warranty" totalement gratuite.
La garantie couvre le client qui a effectué l'achat. Cependant, si ce
produit vous a été offert, vous devez vous assurer qu'il est enregistré
auprès de Maclaren, à votre nom et au nom de l'acheteur, en allant sur
maclarenbaby.com
Si vous trouviez un défaut, merci de rapporter le produit chez le
revendeur agréé Maclaren auprès duquel le produit a été acheté ou
de vous rendre dans un centre agréé Maclaren Authorised Service
Centre (veuillez aller sur maclarenbaby.com pour la liste des centres
à travers le monde). Les réparations couvertes par la garantie ne seront
effectuées que sur présentation d'une preuve d'achat.
Maclaren réparera ou, le choix restant à notre discrétion, remplacera
gratuitement toute pièce nécessaire à la correction des défauts
matériels ou d'assemblage survenant durant la période de garantie.
Veuillez noter que cette garantie limitée ne sera pas valable si :
• Un défaut est la conséquence d'une utilisation incorrecte ou d'un
entretien insuffisant. Veuillez consulter les rubriques informations
générales et sécurité de cette brochure pour les instructions
d'entretien.
• Des réparations ont été effectuées par une personne non autorisée.
• Le produit ne fonctionne plus en raison de l'usure normale résultant
d'une utilisation quotidienne. Note - Les tissus de haute qualité
de votre produit Maclaren ont été choisis pour leur excellent
comportement lors d'une utilisation normale, mais cette garantie
ne couvre pas les dégradations ou la décoloration dues à l'exposition
prolongée aux intempéries ou aux rayons du soleil.
• Un produit est endommagé suite à un accident.
• Maclaren considère que les termes de la garantie cités plus haut
n'ont pas été entièrement satisfaits. La garantie exclut expressément
la responsabilité dans le cas de dégradations incidentes et spéciales
de toute sorte et toute garantie implicite déclenchée par opération
légale sera limitée par les termes de cette garantie à moins qu'elle
ne soit spécifiquement couverte par vos droits légaux nationaux
ou locaux.

VOS DROITS LEGAUX ET ELLE NE S'APPLIQUE QU'AUX PRODUITS ACHETÉS CHEZ
