WARNING
1. Do not use the second-layer support until the crib has been fully
opened to fixed position.
2. Second layer: For babies who weigh 10 kg and are 75 tall, or under.
3. As your baby has been able to climb, please stop using the second-
layer support immediately.
4. Do not leave your baby alone on the crib without adult suppervision.
5. velcro straps must descried to prevent child from suffocating. failing
to secure loose straps on the floorboard creates a suffocation hazard.
6. Always keep child in view. never leave child unattended.
7. This travel crib and playard is intended for use by a child who cannot
climb out of the playard and is less than 34 inches tall and weighs
less than 30lbs. (14kg)
8. Do not attach or place toys with strings in or around playard; strings
can cause strangulation or choking.
9. For childrens protection playard must be fully assembled and locked
prior to use.
10. Do not add anything to inside of playard that will stop your child to
keep out, fall and desecred.
11. Keep playard away from stove heaters, camp fire and other hazards,
which can cause to iron your child.
12. Do not move or fold playard with a child, so as not to injure the child.
13. Follow the manufacturer's instructions at all times.
14. Ensure that the correct sequence is followed during opening and
folding of the cot.
15. Do not leave children unattended.
16. Do not place or leave any items such as toys that could provide a
foothold to enable a childto climb out of the cot.
17. Do not use the cot near naked heat sources, bar heaters, open fires
or exposed flames.
18. Keep the cot clear of trailing cables and hanging cords.
19. Do not suspend strings over the cot or attach strings to toys, as they
can cause strangulation.
20. Keep medication, and small items that a child could choke on away
from the cot.
21. The thickness of the mattress has been specified to ensure that the
distance from the top of the mattress to the lowest side or end will
always be at least 500mm. This will reduce the risk of children falling
out of the cot.
22. Do not add an extra mattress. Only use the mattress supplied with
the cot.
23. Portable cots with padded rim should not be used if the covering
material has been torn or bitten through.
24. The bassinet (if supplied) is designed for use with children who
cannot sit up unaided and are not heavier than 9 kg.
25. To prevent falls, the bassinet (if supplied) should not be used once a
child can sit up.
26. The cot is designed for use with children who cannot climb out of
cot, weight less than 14kg and who are less than 86cm tall.
27. The maximum weight of the child to be placed on the change
table(if supplied) should not exceed 9kg.
28. Place the cot on a level and stable floor.
29. Do not place more than one child in the cot or bassinet at the same
time ( if supplied).
30. Do not move the cot while a child is in it.
31. Ensure that the locking devices are fully engaged. Do not leave the
cot outdoors exposed to direct sunlight.
32. Keep children clear of the cot when opening and folding it.
Otherwise they may be injured.
33. Keep your fingers clear from corner joints and any moving parts
when opening or folding the cot.
34. Regularly check all fasteners and tighten them when required, and
maintain all fastening devices.
35. Do not use accessoires other than those supplied and approved by
the manufacturer for use with the product.
36. This product is not intended for commercial use.
