MOTIVATION MODE – 6 PROFILES:
6 profile programs: The power varies according to the profile selected.
Note: It is possible to increase or decrease the level of difficulty of the programme selected during training.
FUNCTIONS AND DISPLAY
TEMPERATURE (TEMP): Displays the ambient temperature
TIME (CLOCK): Displays the time about 4 minutes after the end of the exercise.
MONTH/DATE/DAY: Displays month, date and day.
LOAD (resistance level): there are 8 resistance levels available on this computer.
SPEED: Displays speed in Km/h
RPM*: Displays number of revolutions of pedals per minute.
TIME: Displays the time in minutes and seconds up to 99:00.
DISTANCE: Displays the distance covered at intervals of 100 metres, up to 99.9 km.
CALORIE (CAL)*: Displays estimated calorie expenditure in Kcal.
PULSE: Displays pulse rate in real time.
PROFILE: Displays the advancement of the selected program and the state of progress of the user on this
program.
* The RPM function and the number of the profile selected (P1 to P6) will be displayed alternately in the same
window every 5 seconds.
* Estimated calories calculated for average effort, and a person of average body weight and strength. Not to be
used for therapeutic purposes.
GETTING STARTED
This model is equipped with a transformer. Connect it to the back of your sports equipment, and plug it into the
main socket, on the first press of the pedal the letter M for "Manual" program will appear.
Navigate between the "Manual" and "6 motivation programs" modes by using the "up" or "down" keys.
MANUAL MODE / 6 PROFILE MOTIVATION MODE
In "Manual" mode, just press the "mode" key to start the computer and commence exercising.
In "6 motivation programs" mode, you must first press the "up" key, and the letter "P" will appear. Confirm with
"mode".
Program P1 is displayed by default. Navigate between P1 and P6 by using the "up" or "down" keys.
Once a program has been selected, all you need do is press the "mode" key to commence your exercise.
Press the "up" key to increase the load (resistance) or the "down" key to reduce it.
Note: to return to "Manual" mode, hold down the "Mode" key for about 3 seconds.
PROGRAMMING TRAINING DATA
Before starting training, it is possible to programme certain data into the computer, such as:
Training time (by 1 minute intervals)
Distance to be covered (by intervals of 500 metres)
Maximum heart rate threshold (by intervals of 1 pulse, from 30 - 240 beats per minute)
Calories (by block of 10 calories).
To do this, activate the computer by pressing one of the keys, and select the data to be programmed by pressing
the "Mode" key. The selected function flashes.
Then press the "up" or "down" key until you obtain the desired value.
The countdowns will start as soon as the pedals start to turn.
RESET TING
All the functions can be reset to zero by holding down the "Mode" key.
KEY FUNCTIONS
BFS (Body Fat System): Press to start the test (the computer must be in the Stop position and the personal data
must have previously been programmed in).
INFRARED SENSORS: Use for the BFS (Body Fat System) test, using the thumbs.
SET: The user can press this key to adjust the TIME, DISTANCE, PULSE and CAL functions.
