Problem encountered
The appliance is very
hot to touch.
The final upper and
lower elements are
more lukewarm
than the rest of the
appliance.
The Expert Menu is
not accessible.
The appliance
does not follow
the internal
programming orders.

does not follow
the external
programming orders.
If you cannot resolve your problem, contact your distributor/installer; have the appliance's
references ready. They are located on the side of the appliance. Measure the room's tem-
perature.
The Commercial code (C) and the Serial number (E) identify the appliance you have just
bought with the manufacturer.

It is normal for the appliance to be hot when it is working; the
maximum surface temperature is limited in accordance with the
NF Electricity Performance standard. However, if you feel that
your appliance is always too hot, check that the power is adapted
to your room's surface area (we recommend 100 W/m
ceiling height of 2.50 m or 40W/m
placed in a draft which would interfere with its regulation.
For the top, the upper elements are not completely filled to enable
the thermodynamic fluid to dilate. They only heat up through
conduction.
For the bottom, the lower elements channel the return of the
fluid which transmitted its heat.
You have registered a PIN code. You must enter your code to
access the Expert menu (see the Expert menu chapter).
Check that the date and time are set.
Check that the appliance is in Active programming mode.
Make sure that you are using the programming unit correctly (see
the using the unit manual).
Check that the appliance is in In active prog mode.
