Before assembling the barbecue, read attentively the
formalities of use and the instructions of assembling
and safety.
The assembling is relatively easy and it can be
performed without particular knowledges. As tool,
You need a fixed key mm 7 / 8.
Warning:
Before assembling the individual pieces, remove
absolutely the sheet of protection PE. Not heat
your barbecue, if the sheet of protection is still
on the pieces.
1. Safety instructions:
Before beginning to roast, place the barbecue on
a horizontal, stable, plain and solid surface.
The maximum quantity of charcoal to be inserted
in the brazier is of Kg.3
Before using for the first time, heat the
barbecue and keep the fuel incandescent for
at least 30 minutes in order to burn off any
processing oil or residue.
Keep the barbecue at distance from 1,5 to
metres in relationship to inflammable materials.
The barbecue is entirely conceived to be used
outside. Not roast in closed or covered local.
ATTENTION! This barbecue will become very
hot. Do not move it during operation.
The barbecue becomes very warm in some
points; for this reason use gloves.
WARNING! Keep children and pets away.
CAUTION!
Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting!
Use only firelighters complying to EN 1860-3!
Use exclusively briquette of lighting or fire-lighter
to turn on the barbecue.
Use as fuel only charcoal to roast or briquette.
2. Assembling:
Fix the aeration disk (13) to the outside of the
column (6).
Pass the rotating knob (1) through the hole in
the centre of the aeration disk (13).
Fix the aeration disk (13) by using a hexagonal
nut (0), staring it with strength until it doesn't
lean completely to the aeration disk (13).

Introduce now the aeration disk pre-assembled
(13) in the central hole of the column (6).
Subsequently, make slip the automatic spring
(1) on the pivot filleted direct toward the inside.
Now, put the washer of pressure () to the
suitable place and stop it with a not loosened nut
(3) - Pic. 1. You can regulate the application's
pressure of the aeration dish on the column by
fixing the not loosened nut (3) more or less in
depth.
Now screw in the two columns (5) + (6) by using
hexagonal screws (M4 x 8) - Pic.

The tub for the lighting (11) pre-assembled to
the back column, is always on the top. Assembly
the two pieces of the column (5+6) so that the
rounded off edges (R) of the tongues of spin
meet together. The tongues of spin are angular
