Cleaning

Empty the bathtub and rinse with water after every use.

Light dirt can be removed with a mild detergent. Leave
the detergent to take effect for a while on more stub-
born dirt. Rinse well with water.
Disinfect the JET whirl system regularly in accordance
with the description under «Disinfection of the JET whirl
system» (page 44).
Carry out final drying of the SPA whirl system after
rinsing in accordance with the description under «Final
drying of the SPA whirl system» (page 47).
After rinsing / disinfecting and/or final drying: dry the
bathtub and all chrome parts with a soft, dust-free
cloth.

Empty the bathtub after every use since chrome can flake from the
nozzles if water is left in the bathtub for longer periods of time.
Do not use any disinfectants that contain chlorine or aggressive
detergents and descaler!
Lime scale deposits can be avoided by always wiping the surfaces
dry after use. Lime scale deposits can be removed with a lukewarm
water- vinegar solution (diluted 1:1). Important: do not use undiluted
vinegar concentrate!
Cleaning the outlet
The outlet cover has a bayonet fitting: do NOT pull the
cover to remove this! To remove the outlet cover, turn
carefully anti-clockwise up to the stop and lift out.
Loosen the screws with a no. 3 Allan key and remove
the grey plastic sieve. The valve disc is now visible.
To dismantle the valve disc, open the outlet (turn the
revolving rose anti-clockwise up to the stop) and pull
the valve disc out with slight force beyond the click
point. Any hair and other dirt can now be removed.
After cleaning, press the valve disc in beyond the click
point with a slight pressure and check that the outlet
can be opened and closed. Replace the grey plastic
sieve and tighten the screws with the Allan key. Insert
the outlet cover and turn slightly clockwise up to the
stop.

Warranty

We grant a 2 year warranty on all Schmidlin whirl
systems.
