To Clean the Cover
Wipe all exposed surfaces with a cloth which
has been moistened in simple detergent and
water. Ensure to remove any organic debris
that may be adherent to the surfaces. Dry
thoroughly.
To Disinfect the Cover
For disinfection we recommend a chlorine-
releasing agent such as NaOCI or NaDCC
diluted to 1000 ppm (range may vary
between 250 & 10,000 ppm depending on
contamination status and local policy).
Wipe with a cloth moistened with clean water
and dry thoroughly.
Alternatively, use a cloth moistened with
alcohol (70%) all allow to air dry.
Routine checks
The foam core and cover should be inspected
regularly for any signs of damage, soiling or
staining.

End of Life Disposal
For ultimate disposal of ConformX products,
we recommend the following advice be
followed.

Foam cores suspected of contamination
should be disposed of as clinical waste.
•
Foam cores not suspected of
contamination may be disposed of
through landfi ll waste.

applicable, healthcare facility standard
operating procedures.
