Nozzle needle is damaged
Nozzle dirty or damaged
Working pressure (flow pres-
sure) too low
Viscosity is too high

Slotted nozzle is loose or dam-
aged
Air cap and nozzle are clogged
with paint
Viscosity is too low
Compressor output too small
Spray width too great
Remedy

Guide the gun such that the ves-
sel is vertical

replace the entire nozzle set
