7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

7.1 Cleaning the Eco Hot Water

• Before performing any maintenance, make sure the power supply has
been disconnected using the appropriate switch.
• Cleaning of the Eco Hot Water should be performed periodically
• Clean the Eco Hot Water and the entry and exit air vents, removing any
debris that can limit the free movement of air.
• Check that there is no damage or loss of water from the Eco Hot Water
and and plant and if there is, request a technician from an authorised
repair centre.
• Frequently check the supply of water
• Lack of water or the presence of dirty water can damage the Echo Hot
Water.
• Two or three times a year, depending on water quality, check the cor-
rect functioning of the filter positioned in the mains water line.
Do not use the following products for cleaning.
PROHIBITED
Diesel, petrol, solvents or detergents can damage the cove-
ring of the unit.

7.2 Water Condensate Drainage Check

Winter use of the heat pump will require the correct drainage of water
condensate:
- Check water exits from the ends of the condensate drainage pipe after 1
hour of operation.
- If water does not exit, request a technician from an authorised repair
centre to come and check the system.

7.3 Verification of the electronic anode

At least once a year check the correct operation of the electronic anode
by viewing the status of the LED 1 present on the electronic power board
of the same.

- Lit green indicates that the anode is working properly
- Lit with a yellow light indicates an anomaly
7.3 Before a long period of inactivity of the Eco Hot
Water
- switch off the unit and disconnect the main power supply.
- Empty the water.
- Cover the unit with a protective covering.
