1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

1.1 Composition of the air conditioner
The air conditioners are of the "Split System" type, with air-air heat-
exchange.
They consist of two separate units:
- "Indoor unit", to be placed inside the house.
- "Outdoor unit", to be placed outside the house.
All the functions of the air conditioner are controlled by an "infrared
remote control".

The test and emergency functions are performed using the same key.
Emergency key.
To be used if the remote control is broken or the batteries flat. When
it is pressed, the air conditioner runs in automatic mode
ON/OFF
