Connecting the unit

ATTENTION
Before connecting the unit make sure that mains voltage and frequency correspond to
the values shown in the data plate. Voltage tolerance: +/- 10% compared to nominal
value.

7.1 Electric connection

Connect the unit after checking the panel components.
ATTENTION
Connection to the electric line shall be effected applying a suitable safety device (a circuit
breaker or a ground fault interrupter) selected by the installer on the basis of the line
involved and of the absorption indicated on the unit plate.
If a cold room includes more units, each unit shall be provided with its own safety device.
Connect the unit paying attention to the colours of the supply cable wires:
a) 230V/1/50-60Hz
b) 230V/3/50-60Hz
c) 400/3/50 Hz
We advise to install a microswitch (not supplied) on the cold room door which will:
·
switch on the light in the cold room, stop compressor and evaporator fan
·
override the temperature alarm (for about one hour after door closing)
every time the door is opened.
Should microdoor, cold room light, door heater be necessary, carry out following
connections:
Microdoor
Remove the jumper between terminals 19 and 20 of the electronic control box and
connect the microdoor cable according to the following condition: closed contact with
closed door.
Cold room light
Connect as shown in the wiring diagram. Cold room lamp features: 230 Volt and 100
Watt max.
Door heater
Connect as indicated by the plate on terminal board. Heater is indicated by "EP". Output
