7. Titrieren

7.1. Vorkehrungen zum Titrieren

1. Einsatzbeschränkungen
und allgemeine Sicherheits-
bestimmungen beachten.
2. Länge des Teleskopansaugrohrs
(entsprechend der zu verwen-
denden Flasche) einstellen und
Ansaugrohr bis zum Anschlag in
das Ansaugventil einschieben.
Das untere Rohrende schräg
abschneiden.
3. Gerät (Gewinde GL 45) auf die
Reagenzienfl asche aufschrauben
und das Gerät entsprechend
der Position des Etiketts aus-
richten. Für Flaschen mit anderen
Gewindegrößen passenden
Adapter wählen!
Warnung!
Verspritzen von Reagenz vermei-
den! Gerät niemals am oberen
Gehäuse tragen. Stets Gerät und
Flasche gleichzeitig fassen. Das
montierte Gerät nur so tragen wie
abgebildet.
Hinweis:
Wenn die Flasche kürzer ist als das Ansaugrohr,
die beiden Abschnitte trennen und beide Rohre
auf die richtige Länge zurechtschneiden.
7.2. Entlüften
Warnung!
Die Ausstoßkanüle nie in Richtung des Anwen-
ders oder auf andere Personen richten. Das
Handrad erst bewegen, wenn das Gerät voll-
ständig montiert ist und sich der Ventilknebel
(12) in der Rückdosierstellung befi ndet
1. Ventilknebel (12) auf Rückdosieren stellen.
2. Die Handräder zum Entlüften der Förder-
mechanik ca. 5 - 10 Umdrehungen nach unten
drehen.
3. Ventilknebel (12) auf Normalbetrieb stellen
und geeignetes Auffanggefäß unter die
Kanülenöffnung halten.
4. Solange die Handräder nach unten drehen, bis
in der Kanüle keine Luftblasen mehr auftreten.

7. Titration
7.1. Preparation for titration
1. Observe Operating Limitations
and general safety regulations.
2. Adjust the length of the tele-
scopic intake tube (according to
the bottle to be used) and push
the intake tube into the intake
valve as far as it will go. Cut the
lower end at an angle.
3. Screw the instrument (thread
GL 45) onto the reagent bottle
and align it with the bottle label.
For bottles with different thread
diameter select a suitable adapter!
Warning!
Avoid splashing of reagent! Always
support both the instrument and
the bottle. Carry the mounted
instrument only as shown in fi gure.
Note:
If the bottle is shorter than the fi lling tube,
separate the two sections and cut both fi lling
tubes to the correct length.
7.2. Priming
Warning!
Ensure that the discharge tube is pointing away
from the user and other persons at all times. Do
not move the hand wheels until the instrument
has been correctly mounted, and the valve
switch (12) is in the "recirculate" position.
1. Set the valve switch (12) to "recirculation."
2. Turn the hand wheels forward 5 - 10 turns to
remove air from the mechanism.
3. Set the valve switch (12) to the normal
operating position, and hold a suitable vessel
below the discharge tube outlet.
4. Turn the hand wheels forward until air bubbles
have disappeared in the discharge tube.
