Following reception of a downlink frame with the code 0x02 or on switching to the operating mode (from the Park or Command Mode), the
next frame (0x20) representing the network configuration of the product is transmitted:

• Byte 2: activation of the Adaptive Data Rate: ON (value = 1) or OFF (value = 0)
• Byte 3: connection mode: ABP (value = 0) or OTAA (value = 1)

• Byte 3=0x01: OTAA connection mode
