7. Maintenance giudelines
Problems/ Defaults
1. Gear motor in cover unit
does not at all or just
temporary start
2. Blockage at the hand-
over- point in the
underground tank
3. Drawing clear is not
working
4. Tank ran undisturbed for
some time, but no pellets
are delivered to the heating
5. A foreign substance was
inserted into the already
filled tank and blocks the
screw in the bottom area
Possible Reasons
•
The motor does not activate the
heating correctly, the wiring is
wrongly connected
•
Blockage of the hand-over-
point in the Underground tank
•
Motor protection is wrongly
connected
•
A foreign substance was
brought in either before or
during the filling of the tank and
blocks the screw at the bottom
area
•
The cyclone at the heating
does not seal properly
•
Air speed in the assisting hose
is too low
•
Too low or no pulsing at all
•
Gear motor ran without the
exhaust for some time and the
amount of pellets at the hand-
over-point is too high
•
The tank is empty
•
Underground tank is nearly
empty (the surface of the cone
in the underground tank can
use delusion)
•
E.g. a metallic foreign
substance as such as a
screw,... fell into the already
filled tank during installation

Disposal
 Read the maintenance guidelines
 Connect the wiring of the motor
correctly see point 9 motor wiring
 see point 2 blockage
 Connect motor protection
correctly
( consider motor data )
 see point 8 foreign substance in
the tank
 Clear timing device at the cyclone
from dust and pellets remains
 Check hoses and reattachments
(loose hose clamps,...)
 Check cyclone
 Pulsing of the holding motor ( ratio
of running time of the motor towards
the fan) must be adapted to the
particular length of the hose and the
boiler control
 Draw clear afterwards see point 6
 Lifting the screw see section 7
 needs new filling
 needs new filling
