4.6 Motor protection - control

For an efficient function must be a motor protection (overload protection) existent. Many types of
heatings have an already integrated control – if not, an extreme motor protection shall be provided.
(Relais,... ).
Further, one needs to watch out, that the gear motor and the fan are at least to be connected in
parallel!A delay in time and a cut-off from the gear motor and the fan for about 10 sec. or a timing device
to the system is advisable.

device of the system would be advisable.
*** Every parameter of connection (flow rate, suction of the hoses about every 30 seconds, timing device
of the holding screw,...) must be adjusted to the local conditions and be clarified with the heating
manufacturer!***
4.7 Connect the earthing wire
Connect the earthing
(figure 13). This earthing wire must also be inserted into the HT-tube and be connected of the earthing of
the house. All steel parts inside the GEOsystem are connected with each other and will be earthed
through the earthing screw.
4.8 Installation of the remaining water drainage
Join the connection of the remainig water drainage DN25 (7) with a water hose and lead it into
a canal or an absorbing well,... . The drainage is used to remove any potential water (open lid
during rainfall,..) from the tank.

4.9 parallel connection of GEOtanks

It is possible, through to a parallel connection of more than one GEOtank, to reach a higher storage
capacity. If required, please consult with GEOplast about the locations.
