7.2 Start of programme

Before starting the adjusted heating
time put a corresponding blank into
the plate reception (11) and fix it by
means of the tension ring (13).
The model can either be put onto the
nub plate (6) or fixed by taking out the
nub plate and embedding it into gran-
ules directly in the insert bowl.

For an optimum adaptation of the
blank towards the model always
place the models in a way that
the anterior teeth are directed
towards the centre of the blank.
When using hard blanks it is re-
commended to embed the mod-
els into granules. Models that
are placed onto the nub plate
should not exceed a max. height
of 23 mm.
Swivel the plate reception inwards at
the handle (10) just up to the mechani-
cal interlock in the centre of the unit
(magnetic interlocking). Also swivel in
the heating element (20) at the cor-
responding handle (5) just up to the
mechanical interlock in the centre of the
unit. Close the ventilation valve (12) of
the tension ring (13). In order to start
the heating process press the turnable
pressure controller (44). The display
shows a countdown towards 0:00 of
the adjusted time.

For safety reasons the heating is
equipped with a final switch and
only works in swivelled in posi-
tion after having started a pro-
gramme. If the heating carrier (20)
is swivelled outwards at the han-
dle (5) after having started a pro-
gramme, the heating process will
be interrupted automatically. The
indication in the display will stop
and show the remaining time. By
swivelling the heating carrier (20)
back in the programme will be re-
activated.
Attention! The swivelling housing
of the heating element reaches
high temperatures. Therefore it
must not be touched – even not
for short moments.
After the adjusted time has elapsed,
there will be an acoustic signal, the
indicator in the display will blink
for 4 seconds and the cooling time
will be counted up again automati-
cally.
