Wireless Controls
Part Number

RR-WIRELESS-1
IntelliLED, Basic
1. Remove the 3 screws from the existing
center cap in the middle of the lens.
2. Inside the compartment, locate the 4-pin
connector with Red/Black/White/Green
wires.
3. Connect to the mating connector on the
wireless controls board.
4. Use
the
clips
inside
compartment to keep the wires in place.
5. Replace the cap and fasten the 3 screws
to torque.
Torque: 1.0-1.2 N-m [9-11 in-lbs]
6. Refer to the Dialight IntelliLED™ Gateway
Quick Start Guide for further instructions.

WARNING: Occupancy sensor must not be
serviced with power running to the light. It
connects directly to the AC lines.
WARNING: The addition of the occupancy
sensor may affect the IP rating of the
luminaire.
1. Confirm that the required parts have been
included.

2. Remove the sealing plug from the wire box
and install the sensor in its place. The spacer
goes to the outside of the wire box.
3. Connect the AC wires from the sensor as
shown. The black (live) wire in the terminal
block must be removed and replaced by
the brown (live) sensor wire.

4. Connect the black wire that was removed
to the black wire from the occupancy
sensor.
5. Where needed connect the red and white
wires from the dimming controls to the
terminal block labeled "DALI/DIMMING"
according to your control method.
6. Refer to the included manufacturer's
manual for further instructions/information.

Once inside the compartment separate

the 4-pin connector with white/black wires.
WARNING: Do not lose this connector.
Connect the black and white harness from

the last step as well as the grey and purple
harness found in the compartment to the
occupancy sensor harnesses.
Use
the
clips
inside

compartment
to
keep
dimming wires separated.
Replace the cap and fasten the 3 screws.
