Replacement Lenses

WARNING: Once both lens retaining rings
have been removed from the luminaire, the
lens is no longer secured in place. The installer
must ensure they have secured the lens to
avoid the lens from dropping.
1. Unfasten all screws from the outer lens
retaining ring. Remove the outer lens ring
from the luminaire.
2. Unfasten all screws from the inner lens
retaining ring. Remove the inner lens ring
from the luminaire.
3. With the existing lens secured by the
installer, remove the lens from the luminaire.

4. Place the replacement lens into the
luminaire.
5. Place the inner lens retaining ring into the
luminaire. Fasten all screws back into the
inner lens retaining
Torque: 1.4-1.5 N-m [12-13 in-lbs]
6. Place the outer lens retaining ring into the
luminaire. Fasten all screws back into the
outer lens retaining
Torque: 1.4-1.5 N-m [12-13 in-lbs]

WARNING: Driver must not be serviced with
power running to the light.
1. Remove the lid from the luminaire.
2. Disconnect all wire harnesses that originate
from the power supply unit.
3. Unfasten all screws that secure the power
supply to the plate within the luminaire.
4. Place the new driver so that the header
and 2 harnesses face the wire routing
features within the wiring box.

Wire Routing Features
5. Fasten all screws to secure the power
supply to torque.
Torque: 2.3-2.7 N-m [20-24 in-lbs]
6. Reconnect all wire harness within the wiring
box to the new power supply.
7. Reattach the lid to the luminaire.
Surge Board
Part Number Description
RR-10KV 10 kV Surge Protection
WARNING: Surge suppressor must not be
serviced with power running to the light. It
connects directly to the AC lines.
1. Use the two included screws for plastic to
install the surge protection block in the
bosses next to the driver. Wires face
towards AC terminal block.
2. Connect the wires to the terminal block in
parallel with the other AC connections.
Ensure that the existing wires do not come
loose while installing this accessory.
