These instructions for use describe the safe use of the step stool.
For your own safety, please read these instructions
for use carefully before using the step stool and
keep them handy for future reference.
These instructions come with the step stool.
The instructions must accompany the step stool if it is passed on.

Proper use

This step stool is a mobile piece of equipment that can be used
in a variety of places.
This step stool can be used to carry out small-scale jobs at
height for which other equipment is not appropriate
(see German occupational health and safety legislation
[Betriebssicherheitsverordnung]).
The step stool should only be used as described in these
instructions for use. Any other use is deemed improper and may
result in damage to property or even personal injury.
The step stool is not a toy.
The manufacturer and retailer accept no liability for damage
arising as a result of improper or incorrect use.
The user must ensure that the step stool is suitable for the
purpose for which it is to be used and, if necessary, carry out a
risk assessment beforehand.
The legal requirements in the country of use must be duly
observed.
Step stools meet the requirements of the European
EN 14183-B-2 standard. They are classed as suitable
for „professional use" and „non-professional use".
The maximum payload of the step stool is 150 kg. The warranty
and guarantee on the step stool will be invalidated if it is modified
without authorisation from the manufacturer.
