A Slide AXLE (103) through CONSOLE MAST (21)
carefully.
B Attach the LOWER HANDLEBAR (16) to CONSOLE
MAST (21) using 1 PRE-INSTALLED BOLT (14), 1
PREINSTALLED FLAT WASHER (12), 1 PRE-INSTALLED
ARC WASHER (13) & 1 PRE-INSTALLED WAVED
WASHER (17) .
C Repeat steps B on the opposite side.
