10. ERROR CODES

Any malfunction during operation may be identified by an error message on the display.
Proceed as follows in such cases:
① Switch off device using the power switch.
② Carry out corrective measures (see table below).
③ Restart the device.
Error code Cause
Error 3 Inside temperature is too
high
Error 4 Motor cannot run normally
(cannot start or unable to
reach the target speed)
Error 47 Overload
Error 48
Error 50 Rotor is protected to
prevent overload
If the actions described fail to resolve the fault or another error code is displayed, then take the
following steps:

Contact the service department: support@vbdevices.com
•
If authorized by the service department, send the device for repair, including a short
description of the fault, according to the instructions.

down.
- Restart the device.
