Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recom-
mendations and safety instructions.
Step 1:
Preparing for Assembling
1. Put all parts out of carton and place the preassembled main
frame (1) with bottom frame (4) on the floor with help from a
second person.
Step 2:
Installation of lift post right and left (2+3) at bottom frame (4)
1. Place the lift post right (3) to the bottom frame (4) and connect
the cable plugs of connection cable 2+3 (14+15).
2. Put the lift post right (3) on the right holder of bottom frame
(4) that screw holes are aligned and bolt it together by using
screws (38), washers (37) and spring washer (11).
3. Put the lift post left (2) on the left holder of bottom frame (4) that
screw holes are aligned and bolt it together by using screws
(38), washers (37) and spring washer (11).
4. Secure the main frame (1) at bottom frame (4) with locking pin
(6).
Step 3:
Installation of hand rail (41) at side posts left and right (2+3).
1. Place the hand rail (41) near to the upper ends of the side posts
(2+3) and connect the cable plugs of connection cable 1+2
(15+43).
2. Put the hand rail onto the side posts (2+3) that screw holes are
aligned and without squeezing the cables.
3. Push the screws (9) through the holes and screw in firmly.
4. Attach plastic cover (42) onto the handle rail (41) to cover up the
connection point.
