TROUBLE SHOOTING
Printed pictures
Problem
The correct date is not
printed.
Part or whole finished
print is white.
The picture is blurred.
A black line is printed
on the bottom of the
finished print.
Using the Reset Button to Reset the Camera
If the camera does not work properly, use the reset button to reset the camera.
Open the card slot cover to access to the reset button.
RESET
Press the reset button using the tip of a ballpoint pen or something similar.
Possible Causes
● The date setting is not correct.
● The fi lm door was opened before all
the fi lm was used.
① Pressure was applied to the picture
immediately after it came out from
the printer.
② The picture did not come out easily.
● The camera shakes or has been
dropped and the fi lm has become
misaligned.
Solution
● Perform date setting again. (Page 32)
● Do not open the fi lm door until you have used up
all the fi lm. Otherwise, the rest of the fi lm may be
exposed and unsuitable for use.
① Do not shake, bend, fold, or press the print.
② Do not cover the fi lm ejection slot.
● Print the image again. If this does not solve the
problem, load a new fi lm pack.
