Emergency operation

If the electronic controller settings are incorrect, emergency heating
operation can be maintained by activating the special "48h Emer-
gency Operation" function on the controller [→ Main menu → Fault
→ 48 h Operation] (see accompanying Controller operating instruc-
tions).
When the 3-way valves are intact the Daikin Altherma EHS(X/H)
switches to heating operation. The required inflow temperature can
be adjusted with the rotary switch.
