Application instructions

● Keep clear of the heating elements and the cooking compartment walls when accessing the
cooking compartment!
● Use only baking trays, wire racks and dishes suitable for temperatures over 300°C in the oven!
● Always preheat the baking oven.
● Only open the baking oven door during operation
− with the handle
− initially, only open it so that there is a little gap and allow the escaping steam and hot vapour
to discharge.
● Keep adequate distance from the top heat or top heating element.
● Immediately remove spilt or overcooked remains of food!

Completion of operation

. Turn both rotary switches to the 0 position.
● The indicator lights go out.
. Clean the appliance - see the following 6. "Cleaning and Care" chapter.
. Turn off the fitted mains switch.

Full containers are heavy!

. Work with proper back posture!

CAUTION! Hot surfaces, hot objects!
Risk of burning! Hot air escapes when the oven door is opened. The dishes, wire racks
and trays used in the cooking compartment become hot.
. Wear protective gloves!
. Use pot holders!
. Exercise appropriate caution!
. Hook in the left and right removable rack:
‒ Slide the removable rack into the rear sus­
pension pins.
‒ Hook the removable rack into the front sus­
pension pins.
. To heat the oven, e.g. turn the selector switch
to top and bottom heat and set 200°C.
● The green indicator lamp lights up.
● The yellow indicator lamp lights up during the
heating process.
● The temperature is thermostatically regulated.
