EXTERNAL CLEANING

IMPORTANT!
Watch the following safety instructions before starting to clean the unit:
Switch the unit off before cleaning and pull the power cord from the electric

socket.
Let the unit cool down before cleaning.

Use a soft and moist cloth to clean the outer surfaces of the unit. Use a mild
●
detergent in case of heavy soiling.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive detergents and no solvents.

Do not scratch off stubborn soiling with hard objects.
●
Do not put the unit in the dishwasher and do not use it under running water.

SECURITY CONTROL

If you can hear 2 continuous beeps, ensure that the coffee filter has been
●
inserted.
If you can hear 3 beeps, ensure that the coffee pot is on the hotplate.
●
Without the coffee filter and the coffee pot not being inserted, it will not be pos-
sible to make coffee.
