A curve translates an input command into a light level, following a lighting law.
There are 4 present curves : Linear Motor, Linear Light, Linear Voltage, Linear Lux
and a 5th User Curve. The user can choose any of these curves and/or build his
personal law.
The chosen curve (the default curve is Linear Motor) is displayed on the start-up
menu in an abreviated form: LM, LL, LV, LLUX or USER. The user may change
the curve in the Parameter setting's menu.
To define his curve, the user must access the extended menu and choose the
"USER CURVE" item. The user is allowed to define a level between 0 and 100%
for all the 100 points or for a part of them. The points not defined by the user are
marked with an asterisk (*) and they are automatically calculated by interpolation. If
not defined, the first point has a default 0 level and the last point a default FULL
(100%) level. When the user defines or goes over points of the curve, the shutter
output corresponds to the defined or interpolated level.
The reset of the user curve (in the RESET menu) discards all the previous defined
levels.
