D. On/Off button for the bike lighting
Press this button to manually switch on the bike lighting and
display lighting. Press the button again to switch the lighting

back off (ill. 31).
E. Indication of the battery capacity
The block shows how much power is left in the battery.

4.3 Error messages on your display

If your Innergy system malfunctions, this will be shown on
your display as a letter with a number behind it. The letter/
number combination will appear in place of the distance
D E
and total/trip distance display. The number is information
for your dealer but the following letters provide you with
infor-mation about the malfunction.
A: indicates a battery malfunction
B: indicates a motor or controller malfunction
C: indicates a sensor malfunction
D: indicates a display malfunction
If one of the above errors appears in your display, it means
that one of the above malfunctions has already occurred.
Remove the battery from your bike and replace it, to check
whether the error messages reappear. If the malfunction
continues to happen, we advise you to contact your
Gazelle dealer.
