- Clean the stainless steel parts every day with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry carefully.
- You must never clean the stainless steel with steel wool, wire brushes or common steel scrapers since they can deposit
ferrous particles that on oxidizing cause points of rust. It is possible to use stainless steel wool applied in the direction of the
satin finish.
- If the unit is not to be used for a long time, give all the steel surfaces a good wipe over with a cloth lightly soaked in Vaseline
oil in order to apply a protective film. Periodically ventilate the premises.
STAINLESS STEEL PARTS
The stainless steel parts must also be cleaned with soapy water and then dried with a soft cloth.
You can keep them shining brightly by periodically wiping them over with liquid detergent, an easily available product.
ENAMELLED PARTS
To keep the enamelled parts bright over time, it is necessary to clean them frequently with warm soapy water.
Do not let vinegar, coffee, milk, salty water, lemon and tomato juice stay long in contact with the enamelled surface.
CLEANING THE OVEN DOOR
- As in any other case, the door has to be cleaned, both inside and outside, with the oven completely cooled.
- For the enamelled parts, proceed as for the inside of the oven, using warm water and detergent that is neither abrasive nor acid.
CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN
- Before all else, disconnect the unit from the power supply.
- Let the oven cool down and clean it thoroughly with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and non-abrasive detergent (or
with a specific trade product).
- Never use any abrasive sponges or cloths or any other products that could irreparably damage the enamel. On Multi
function models the fan inside the oven is protected by an enamelled panel made of a special self-cleaning material.
