TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

STRUCTURE
Frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel, panels and base of stainless steel, mounted on height-adjustable feet.

HOB

TOP made of AISI 304 stainless steel, watertight.
GRILLS in vitreous enamelled cast iron for high temperatures (RAL).
BURNERS in aluminium, burner lid in steel with stabilized flame, direct ignition with safety thermocouple, fixed nozzles for
the various kinds of gas.
GAS COCKS in die formed brass, provided with relief valve with thermocouple to cut off the gas automatically if the pilot
flame is accidentally extinguished. Adjustment between minimum and maximum flow rate.
CONTROL KNOBS made of heatproof material.

Installation and transformation for using other types of gas, if required, must be performed by qualified persons in
accordance with current regulations.

WARNINGS:
If the unit is installed against a wall, the wall needs to withstand temperatures of 80°C and must be fireproof.
Before proceeding with the installation, remove the protective plastic film and eliminate any adhesive residues by means of
a suitable product for cleaning stainless steel.
Install the oven horizontally, correct positioning is obtained by turning the levelling feet.
If the unit is installed on its own, it is
advisable to secure it to make its stability
safer.
2.1 INFORMATION ON MINIMA
SERIES GAS HOBS
This booklet is applicable to our hobs in the
Minima series type A Category II (Natural

Gas and L.P.G.).
See table 1.1. The plate according to EN437
and EN 203-1-2 is on the back and inside.
2.2 LAWS, REGULATIONS AND
TECHNICAL DIRECTIVES
The following regulations must be observed during installation:
- Current accident and fire regulations.
- The regulations of the gas supply company, which has to issue an authorization before installation.
- "Gas system installation" standards.
- Electric system installation" standards.
- The regulations of the electric power supply company.
- Health regulations.
2.3

PLACE OF INSTALLATION

- The unit should be installed in a room with adequate ventilation. This unit needs a draw of at least 2 m
(Thermal Capacity).
- Install the equipment as required by safety rules related to the country of destination.
