TRANSFORMATION FOR OPERATION WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS

3.1

HOB

Remove the knob and instrument panel.
3.1.1

REPLACING THE PLATE BURNER NOZZLE

Replace the nozzle (Fig. 2 pos. 10) of the burner (size-8 wrench) with one corresponding to the type of gas chosen, following
Tables II Injectors.
3.1.2

REPLACING THE "BY-PASS" MINIMUM SCREW

- Remove the knob
- Replace the minimum thermal capacity screw, by-pass (Fig. 2 pos. 2) with the one corresponding to the type of gas chosen,
following Tables II Injectors
- The thermal capacity on the minimum position must be approximately 30% of the nominal thermal capacity.
- When you turn the knob fast from the maximum position ( ) to the minimum position ( ) the burner must neither go
out nor backfire.
3.2

REPLACING OVEN INJECTORS

- Check that the oven is not connected to the electricity mains; models: G3SF6G-G2SF6G).
- Fully open the oven door;
- Take out the bottom (floor) of the oven;
- Remove cover (B) (fig.5);
- Unscrew the injector (E), using a key from 12 mm. And replace it with the one suited to the new type of gas (see table);
- Adjust the position (D) (see Table) and tighten the screw (C);
- Fit it all back together in reverse order to the above sequence.
3.2.2

REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER OVEN NOZZLE

N.B.: We advise to first remove the spark plug because it can easily break.
Unscrew the nut (2) with a size 10 mm. spanner (Fig.6 pos.2) and remove the nozzle (Fig. 6 position 1). The nozzle is hooked
to the bicone (Fig. 6 position 3).
Replace the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen, according to Table II Injectors.
Tighten the nut firmly with a size 10 mm. spanner and check for gas leaks with bubble soap.
3.2.3

ADJUSTING THE OVEN BURNER

- Disassemble the control knob on the oven.
Replace the idle screw (Fig. 4 position 17) located on the thermostat with one corresponding to the type of gas chosen,
following Table II Injectors.
The primary air is adjusted by setting the primary air regulator (Fig. 5 position D) in accordance with Table II Injectors.
After adjusting the distance, fix it with the screw; re-assemble the protection after having mounted the pressure intake screw.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.
