PROBLEMS
My bag does not
recognize the tools saved
in the reference list or the
software does not display the
EPC no. instead of the
product reference (or any
other information entered in
the 'user memory').
I cannot install the drivers.
I cannot start the PC
software.
I cannot connect to my bag
with the USB cable.

POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
My database is not updated.
You are not the administrator
of your PC.
The PC software is installed
improperly.
Bad bag/PC connection.
Bag software not updated.

ACTIONS
- Update the database.
- Check that you are using
the right communication port
(beep from the bag upon
connection between the PC
and the bag).
- Check that in the bag you
are in the 'Database
management' menu to
connect.
- See section on database
creation in these instructions
for more information.
- Contact your network
administrator.
- Check that you have the last
version of the drivers.
- Contact your network
administrator.
- Check that you have the last
version of the software (bag
& PC).
- Restart your PC and/or your
bag.
- Change the connection
COM port and reconnect.
- Check proper operation of
the USB cable.
