PROBLEMS
My Detection Bag does not
power on.

POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)

The battery is not charged.
The battery is inserted
improperly.
In the bag: Tool not recorded
in the reference list.
Tool detected outside the
bag.
A chip may be masked by
another tool.
Chip(s) damaged.
Non Facom RFID tool
detected improperly.

ACTIONS
Replace the battery with a
charged battery.
Check that the battery
is inserted properly in its
compartment and press the
'Power' button.
Remove the battery and
check the condition of the
contacts, clean if required.
Remove the tool designated if
you do not need it, or
record it in the list of required.
Check that the bag flap or the
bag is not damaged and is no
longer sealed.
Stir the tools and
repeat.
Isolate the faulty tool.
Facom recommends using
tools of the Facom RFID
range.
. Check that the flap is closed
properly.
. If the problem persists,
perform a reset by removing
the battery for 15s.
Remove the battery for 15s.
