e/ Go to 'Rec&Ext' with the arrow and validate with OK.
f/ The new reference list is created.
 Clearing the reference list: 'MANAGE REF LIST' menu
a/ Confi rm on 'Clear' using the arrow then OK.
b/ the list is cleared.
 Database management: 'MAIN MENU' then 'Database Management', then 'OK'.
