CULTURAL NOTE
There is a real difference between a Shop and a Manufacturer.
A shopkeeper's reaction is commercial. He acts only on the price to provide a solution to a possible problem
of After-Sales Service. Either he offers a discount or he exchanges the product. This is the usual method of a
shop because their technical approach is limited.
A manufacturer can act on these two elements, but in all circumstances his approach will be a technical response
because they have full knowledge of the product, its components and their assembly. The answer will therefore
seem less commercial and more technical, and justified in the end.
It should be noted that any commercial response involves charging the average consumer. Abusing this system
is detrimental to all in the long term.
By buying from GONG you are buying from a specialist. It is an opportunity, because more and more "Brands"
are only Logos on questionable Asian manufacturing.
