Symptom
The unit is not
operating.
The unit works

Inspection
 Check the power
connection in
securely.
 Check if the water
level indicator lights
up?
 Check the room
temperature.
 Check the air filter
for dirt.
 Check if the air duct
is blocked.
 Check if a door or
window is open.
 Check if the desired
operating mode is
selected and the
temperature is
properly set.
 The exhaust hose is
detached.
 Overflow while
moving the unit.
 Check if the drain
hose is kinked or
bent.
 Check if the unit is
securely positioned.
 Check for any loose,
vibrating parts.
 Noise sounds like
water flowing.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

 Insert the power cord
securely into the wall
outlet.
 Empty the drain pan by
removing the rubber plug.
 The range of operating
temperature is 5-35 ℃.
 Clean the air filter as
necessary.
 Clear the obstacle.
 Keep doors and windows
closed.
 Set mode and temperature
at proper set-point
according to the manual
(pages 22 - 23).
 Make sure the exhaust
hose is securely attached.
 Empty the water tank
before transport.
 Straighten the hose to
avoid a trap existing.
 Place the unit on a
horizontal and firm ground.
 Secure and tighten the
parts.
 Noise comes from flowing
refrigerant. This is normal.
