e • Align the notch in the side of the steering
wheel cap with the tab in the centre of the
steering wheel. Fit the steering wheel cap
into the steering wheel.
• Insert two #8 -18 x 2.5 cm (1") screws
into the steering wheel cap and tighten the
screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
f • Aligner l'encoche située sur le côté de la
garniture du volant sur la patte située au
centre du volant. Fixer la garniture du volant
au volant.
• Insérer deux vis n° 8 x 18 de 2,5 cm dans la
garniture du volant et les visser à l'aide d'un
tournevis cruciforme. Ne pas trop serrer.

e • Fit the tabs on the battery clamp cap into
the slots in the battery clamp unit.
• Press firmly to "snap" the battery clamp
cap tabs in the battery clamp unit slots.
f • Insérer les pattes du couvre-dispositif de
retenue de la batterie dans les fentes du
dispositif de retenue.
• Appuyer fermement pour emboîter les
pattes du couvre-dispositif aux fentes
du dispositif.

e • Fit the louver to the top of the hood.
• From underneath the hood, insert four
#6 x 1.5 cm (
through the hood and into the louver.
Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
f • Fixer la grille sur le dessus du capot.
• À partir du dessous du capot, insérer
quatre vis avec tête à rondelle n° 6 de x
1,5 cm dans le capot et jusque dans la
grille. Serrer les vis à l'aide d'un tournevis
cruciforme. Ne pas trop serrer.

e • Fit one of the side tabs on the hood into the
slot in the vehicle body.
• While bending the hood slightly, fit the other
side tab into the corresponding slot on the
vehicle body.
f • Insérer une des pattes latérales du capot

• En courbant légèrement le capot, insérer
l'autre patte latérale dans la fente
correspondante de la carrosserie.

e • Remove the backing from the wire clip.
Dispose of the backing.
• Press the wire clip into place in the battery
compartment, as shown.
• Fit the motor harness wires into the wire clip,
as shown.
f • Enlever la pellicule protectrice de la pince de
câble. Jeter la pellicule dans un conteneur
réservé à cet usage.
• Remettre la pince de câble dans le comparti-
ment de la batterie, comme indiqué.
• Glisser le câble du connecteur du moteur
dans la pince de câble, comme illustré.

e • Lower the hood, making sure to align the
round snaps on the underside of the hood
with the holes near the battery compartment.
• Press firmly on the top of the hood above
each snap to fasten the hood. (To open
the hood, please see the instructions on
page 21, step 1.)

chevilles rondes situées sous le capot sur
