Problem
Milk does not foam.
The milk-based beverage

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible causes
» Milk unsuitable for use.
» Too hot milk temperature.
» Beater coil not fitted into place.
» Insufficient amount of milk fed
with respect to the selected /
desired amount.
» Excessive amount of milk fed
with respect to the selected /
desired amount.
» Milk shipping beater incorrectly
fitted into place..
Solution
» It is recommended that whole
milk (pasteurized or UHT-
treated) and / or cold skimmed
milk from the fridge of 39.2 to
46.4°F (4 to 8°C) should be
used.
» Use milk at the fridge temperature
(i.e. ranging between 39.2 to
46.4°F (4 to 8°C).
» Make sure that the beater
coil has been fitted into place
correctly.
IF THE PROBLEM CANNOT
BE SOLVED, CONTACT
THE LAVAZZA CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
» Add more milk by following the
indications of the icons on the
milk jug.

» Decrease the amount of milk by

icons on the milk jug.
