temperature
+10 °C to 32 °C
+16 °C to 32 °C
+16 °C to 38 °C
+16 °C to 43 °C
Room temperature switch
If the room temperature drops
below +16 °C, the freezer compartment
of appliances belonging to climatic
class SN may become too warm.
In an extreme case the frozen food may
thaw. To prevent this from happening,
switch on the room temperature switch.
As a result, the refrigerating unit
operates more frequently. The appliance
can now be operated at a room
temperature of +10 °C to +16 °C.
To switch on, press the room
temperature switch, Fig. "/B. Mark "0"
is no longer visible. The light inside
the appliance is lit at a reduced
luminosity.
To save energy, switch off the room
temperature switch as soon as the room
temperature exceeds +16 °C.
Ventilation
The air on the rear panel of
the appliance heats up. Conduction of
the heated air must not be obstructed.
Otherwise, the refrigeration unit must
work harder. This increases power
consumption. Therefore: Never cover
or block the ventilation openings!
Cavity depth
A cavity depth of 560 mm
is recommended for the appliance.
If the cavity depth is smaller – at least
550 mm – the energy consumption
increases slightly.
