6. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the Electrovalves.
Ensure that water is not stored inside the electrovalves during winter, as if they freeze they will become damaged.
Change the inner membrane if necessary by following these steps (Fig. 6):
1. Place the membrane in position. Do not insert the cap until you are sure that the membrane is correctly
positioned.
2. Place the membrane cap.
3. Tighten with the nut using a claw wrench. IT IS IMPORTANT TO FULLY TIGHTEN THE NUT.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Reduced cleaning efficiency in the
nozzles of all circuits.
Cleaning in the nozzles of some of the
circuits is not efficient.
The nozzles of a circuit do not activate.
One of the nozzles of a circuit does not
go up or down.
The nozzles of more than one circuit
remain up.
Anomalous operation of the electronic
panel.
The screen does not light up.

8. SAFETY WARNINGS

It is recommendable to start up the NET 'N' CLEAN system when there are no bathers in the swimming pool.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The filter is dirty
The pipes to or from the valve are blocked.
The nozzles do not have the required output
diameter.
Electrovalve set to 0 sec.
Electrovalve is damaged.
The nozzle is dirty.
The manual control of the electrovalve is on.
Pressure has lowered at the input to the
electrovalves.
Equipment is not programmed.
Breakdown in the microcontroller.
No supply.
Fuse has blown.

SOLUTION
Clean the filter.
Clean the piping.
Check that for 2 or 3 nozzle circuits, the output
diameter is 12 mm. For 5 nozzle circuits, the
diameter should be 6 mm.
Reset.
Replace electrovalve.
Remove the inner unit from the nozzle together with
the output cap and thoroughly clean the inside part
of the guide body.
Switch it off.
Clean the filtering system and the internal filters of
the electrovalves.
Reset times.
Replace electronic plate.
Check that voltage reaches the supply plug.
Replace fuse with an equivalent.
