IMPORTANT: The instruction manual you are holding includes essential information on the safety measures to be
implemented for installation and start-up. Therefore, the installer as well as the user must read the instructions
before beginning installation and start-up.
Keep this manual for future reference.
To achieve optimum performance of the DISTRIBUTION VALVE NET 'N' CLEAN, follow the instructions indicated
below:
1. CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX
Inside the box you will find:
Electrovalve block
Electronic control box
Installation and maintenance manual

2. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

The Net'N'Clean Electronic System corsists of a series of nozzles located at the bottorn of the swimming pool. ard a
set of electro-valves controlled by electronic equipment whicb directs water ceder pressure through each une of
nozzles ir sequence. As tbe water flows tbrough the nozzles, it pushes debris botb toward the maje dram and into
suspension enabkng it to be col[ected by the filtering system of tbe swimming pooL
As weH as automatically cleaning te pool. Netn'N'Clean acts as the return systern for the pool which means that
heated and treated poo[ water is distribLtted irte tbe pool from tlie bottom.
This reduces heat lcss and ensures even chemical dosing throughout the pool.
Net'N'Clean Electronic can control 6, 8, 10 or 12 electro-valves dependhg en te modek eacb is programmed
individuahly opening between O and 240 seconds ir 5-second steps. While the eqüipment is aperabng, the number
of the electro-valves that are apee and the time Ieft te close, is displayed at all times.
Although tlts system means that peal clearhng ts practicafly autornatic. it does rot ekminate certain manual
operatiors such as brushirg the pool.

3. INSTALLATION AND POSITIONING

For optimum performance of the NET 'N' CLEAN ELECTRONIC cleaning system, an independent pump with prefilter
is recommended. (Fig.1)
It is advisable for the valve to be above water level and as near as possible to the pool in order to reduce the length
of pipes used. If it is below water level, non-return valves should be placed in each circuit so that they can be
closed and maintenance work on the valve can be carried out.
Glue the pipes with PVC adhesive, ensuring that the valve remains level.
The pipes glued in the valve will have a
Leave it for 24 hours after gluing before testing the whole installation for pressure. Before performing the pressure
test, remove the caps closing the outlets.
If not all the outlets of the valve are necessary, never cover any of the outlets as the valve will stop working.
The total surface area of the nozzle outlet of each branch should be similar to maintain the pressure and flow in the
different branches.
It is advisable to place the configuration S1 of the nozzle on the upper step of the ladder to avoid splashing (Fig. 2).
Choosing the pump
For optimum operation of the system, it is important to correctly configure the nozzles and install the correct pump.
To choose a pump, you need to know the flow required for each nozzle and pressure drops of the installation.
The following table shows the optimum flows for each nozzle outlet configuration to ensure the system works
properly. For further details see the action radius graph in Fig. 5.
